Post Commissary Sergeant Franklin Rose USA, who has been relieved from duty at the post on the account of sickness, will be granted a furlough of six months to visit his home. Shortly after the expiration of this furlough, Sergeant Rose, who will by that time have served 30 years in the army will apply for retirement from active service.
