Frank J Ketterer, 409 Second avenue, Dayton, has announced his candidacy for councilman on the Democratic ticket. He is a disabled veteran of World War II, hving served three years in the Navy. Mose of his overseas duty was in the Pacific theater aboard the USS Enterprise, a first line aircraft carrier.
Mr. Ketterer is a member of the St Bernard Holy Name Society and Kersten-O'Day Post No 2899, Veterans of Foreign Wars.
