Frank Becker, 18, son of Andrew Becker and wife, 408 Isabella st. Newport, is pictured above with "arms at port" at Camp Grant, Rockford Ill. where he has been in training for the past five weeks. He expected to be sent "over there" in few more weeks to "help out."
