Funeral services for Frank Bauman, 53, lifelong resident of Dayton and Spanish American War veteran, who died late Saturday at his home, 640 Sixth av. Dayton will be held Wednesday at 8:30 am at the residence, followed by requiem high mass at St Bernard Church at 9 am.

Bauman was a member of Company B, Second Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, during the Spanish American War. He operated a cafe in Dayton for 27 years. He is survived by his widow, a daughter, Miss Pearl Bauman and a son, Frank Bauman, Jr.

Members of Captain A M Wetherill Camp No 5, Spanish War Veterans, Newport, will meet at the residence Monday at 8 pm to hold services.
