Services for Floyd T McClure, an employee of Capronis Restaurant, Cincinnati and a World War I overseas veteran, will be held at the William C Betz Sons funeral home, Newport, at 2 pm Thursday. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. McClure, who was 53, died Sunday at his residence, 218 Columbia street, Newport, following an illness of three weeks. He was a member of the Cincinnati Local, Bartenders and Waiters Union.
He leaves his widow, Mildred McClure; six daughters, Mrs. Laverne Wenning, Cincinnati; Mrs. Mabel Walz, Newport and Misses Jean, Betty, Joann and Jackie McClure, all at home; a son Raymond, Newport; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Rice, Dayton O; a brother Clyde, Los Angeles, Cal. and two grandchildren.
The James Wallace Costigan Post, American Legion, of which he was a member, will hold services at the funeral home at 8 pm Wednesday.
