THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Jacob Fisher, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Lavina, Archibald, M C and Elizabeth Fisher, minors.
NOW, we Jacob Fisher as principal, and Levi Dicken, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Jacob Fisher, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
