The appointment of Eugene Wagner, Newport business man and veteran of World War II as Entertainment Committee chairman for the United Ex-Servicemen's Society, Newport, was announced Saturday. The Society plans elaborate Armistice Day exercises to be held Nov 11 at Junior Order Hall, 821 York street. A large class of candidates will be inducted at that time.
