Indenture made 3 February 1819 between Enoch Barr of the county of Mason and
state of Kentucky of the one part and Richard Mitchell of the county of Campbell.  Enoch for and in consideration of the sum of $400 sells a certain tract of land containing 200 acres situated in the county of Campbell and state of Kentucky
being a part of a tract of land granted to Robert Mitchell by the Commonwealth
of Virginia containing 3894 acres lying on the waters of Wells Creek and Philips
Creek.
