Mrs. William Rose, of Dayton, who was so horribly burned at 9:15 yesterday morning, died at 9:30 pm at the home of her son, Thomas. It was seen from the first that she was fatally injured and everything was done to alleviate her agony. She died in an unconscious state, having been given opiates. The body was fearfully burned only the top of her head and her feet, which were encased in shoes, escaping burns.
She leaves a husband and 9 children and the funeral will take place from St Anthony Church Monday morning. The interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Funeral Director Cunningham will have charge of the funeral.
