THE SHOOTING OF YOUNG EMERSON
We were mistaken yesterday in stating that the lad Emerson was
shot by a gun which was in the hands of his father. The weapon was held by
a man named F Gentris, and when he discharged it the ball struck a rock and
glanced off, taking effect in the leg of the boy.
