Battalion Sergeant Major Emanuel J Carroll and Private Paymebon,
Company D, Third Infantry, have been designated to take charge of general
prisoner, Edward Clements, later private of the Twelfth Company, Coast Artillery
and proceed to Kensington, R I, and turn him over to the County Sheriff as a
witness in the case against Loday for murder.
