Mrs. Ella Smith, of Sixth Avenue, Dayton, was fined $10 and costs by Police Judge Mader Saturday night for disorderly conduct. She was also given a jail sentence, but it was later suspended.
Mrs. Ella Smith, who was placed in jail Saturday night to serve out a fine imposed by Police Judge Mader for disorderly conduct, was released Sunday at the request of A A Dorsey, a grocer of Bellevue, that she might see her dying child.
The child, while still very low, was reported slightly improved Monday morning.
