Edwin F. Ziegenhardt, 90, of Fort Thomas, died Thursday at Highlands of Fort Thomas Nursing Home. He was vice president and controller of Phillip Carey Co., Lockland, Ohio. His wife, Virginia Ziegenhardt, died in 2001.

Survivors include a son, Edwin Ziegenhardt of Cold Spring; daughters, Carol Riddle and Holly Ziegenhardt, both of Cold Spring; a sister, Dorothy Huelsman of North Bend, Ohio; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Oak Hill Cemetery, Springdale, Ohio. Memorials are suggested to Michael J. Fox Foundation, Grand Central Station P.O. Box 4777, New York, N.Y., 10163.
