THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, William Stillwell, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Edwin Stillwell, a minor.
NOW, we William Stillwell as principal, and Jno W Stillwell, J H S Decourcey, and O M Decourcey his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Stillwell, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
