THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Wm Rardin, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Edwin Finley, a minor.
NOW, we Wm Rardin as principal, and Thomas J Daniel, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Wm Rardin, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
