Edward Bernard Wiethorn, president of the Cincinnati Optical Co. died Wednesday at his home, 715 Taylor avenue, Bellevue. He was 52. A veteran of World War I, Mr. Wiethorn had been ill for some time.
In the optical field for 16 years, he conducted his business in the Schmidt Building. He was an affilliate of Henry Barnes Masonic Lodge, Dayton.
Besides his widow, Ruth Wiethorn, he leaves a sister, Miss Johanna Wiethorn, of Good Samaritan Hospital and four brothers, Fred and Jack Wiethorn, Cincinnati and Frank and Clem Wiethorn, Bellevue. The funeral will be held at 2 pm at the Dobbling funeral home, Bellevue. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
