Satisfactory evidence was this day produced to court that Owen Turner, Ashton Turner, Joseph Addison Turner, Elizabeth Arons, and William Harrison Turner are the only children and heirs at law of Edward Turner deceased (sic) of Said County who died on the 30th day of Sept. (sic) 1852 (sic) and to whom land warrant for 80 acres No. 5221 issued on 30 Sept. (sic) 1851 under act of Congress of 28 Sept. (sic) 1850 and that Said decedent left no widow.
