Edward M Nelson of the County of Campbell in consideration of $200 to him paid by Geo M Young, sells all that tract of land situated in the County aforesaid on 12 mile creek containing 21 acres and one fourth of an acre being No. 8 of the land of Richard Nelson, deceased, as divided among his heirs.  Edward M and Eliza Jane Nelson, his wife.
