Requiem High Mass for Edward (Mac) Mulchay, 63, of 208 E Eighth street, Newport, will be sun at 9 am Saturday at St Stephen Church, Newport. Prayers will be said at the Vonderhaar & Stetter Funeral Home, Newport, at 8:30 am. Burial will be in St Stephen Cemetery, Ft Thomas.

Mr. Mulchay, a veteran of World War I, was a prominent Newport sports figure. He leaves a widow, Edna, a brother Ralph, Ft Thomas, and two stepdaughters, Mrs. Shirley Haller, Newport and Mrs. Jacqueline Walburg, Bellevue.

He was a member of Campbell County Chapter No 16, Disabled American Veterans, which will meet at 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
