Edward Hanna, 60, of 8 W Second st. Newport, a Spanish American War veteran, was found dead in his home Thursday. Coroner August Helmbold reported death was due to a heart attack. The victim was found by Herbert Blythe, Negro, 11 W Second st. from whom Mr. Hanna rented. The Negro said he went to Mr. Hanna's room to prepare him to go to Speers Hospial, where he was to undergo treatment for heart disease.
Police are seeking relatives of the victim. He is said to have relatives living in Cleveland.
