NEWPORT DEATH
Edward P Halloran died yesterday of paralysis, super induced by
an attack of typhoid fever. He was stricken with the fever a few days ago and
the disease affected his brain, finally resulting in paralysis.
He had been a postal clerk in the Newport Post office for a number of years. He was 32 years of age and is a son of John P Halloran, former Waterworks and Courthouse Commissioner. He is survived by a widow and one child. The remains were removed from his late home, Park avenue, near Eighth, to the residence of his father on East Third street.

NEWPORT
The clerks and carriers and other employees of the Newport Post office met yesterday and adopted resolutions on the death of Edward P Halloran. They will select four pall bearers for the funeral, which will be held tomorrow morning at the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Interment will be at St Stephen Cemetery.
