NEWPORT
The funeral ceremonies over the late Ed Mariani took place
yesterday afternoon at the residence of his brother Joe on Second and York
streets. Rev Estill of St Paul's P E Church, performed the ceremony.
The pallbaurers were Mesrs. Charles Gatchell, Barney McNulty, J B Burton and James Woodsides. The remains were placed temporarily in the vault at Evergreen Cemetery.
