The Dayton Life Squad was called twice Wednesday to assist Earl McGrew (sic) 64, World War I veteran, who had been stricken with a heart attack at his home, 244 Ward avenue, Bellevue. Lt. Charles Spreter said the patient was resting easy after the second response.

Earl died 17 March 1949 and was buried in St Stephen Cemetery.
