NEWPORT
Dennis Kehoe died early yesterday morning at his home on East
Fourth street, aged 82. The decedent was a zealous member of the congregation of
the Church of the Immaculate Conception and was present at the corner stone
laying of the building. He gave three sons to the Catholic Church, Rev Thomas N
Kehoe, pastor of the St James Church, of Ludlow Ky; Frank Kehoe, pastor of St
Anthony Church, Bellevue Ky. and the late Rev James Kehoe.
He was a prominent distiller, having for years been connected with the firm of Foote, Nash & Co. The death of his wife occurred a few years ago. The funeral will take place at 9 am Tuesday from the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
