The marriage of Virgil Piper, a prominent young man of this city and Miss Della Scoville, the accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Scoville, is announced to take place on Tuesday, Feb 24. Rev Hall of the Baptist Church, Dayton, will perform the ceremony and only relatives and a few friends will be present as it will be a quiet home affair.
