Indenture made 29 September 1845 Between Adenston Pruit of the County of Kenton and State of Kentucky of the one part and the Deacons and trustees and theire (sic) sucessors in office forever in behalfe of the regular Baptist Church of Jesus Christ at Decorcy's Crick, the Church Deacons and trustees of the County and State aforesaid.

 

A Pruitt for and in consideration of the sum of $5 grave parcel of land on the waters of Decourcy Creek beginning at a walnut Lickmore Elm and Stone set in or near the bed of said Crick....So as to inclose the Crick containing 2 acres by survey.
