No news of the whereabouts of Daniel and James Gannon, who disappeared from their home, 716 Isabella st. Newport, Jan 17, has as yet been received by their parents or friends. The men were employees of the street railway company as conductors and both left on the same day without giving notice to their employers or members of their family.
It was learned this morning that Daniel Gannon on Jan 14, transferred a half interest to his brother James and the deed was filed in the Campbell County Court. Daniel was to have been married the day following the day that he and his brother disappeared, and his bride to be is in ignorance of his whereabouts. She has no idea of what induced him to desert her and is heartbroken over the action of her lover.
