Private Daniel Fueston
Kentucky Post, Tuesday, 25 October 1904, page 3
Private Daniel Fueston, who is awaiting trial in the guardhouse,
became involved in an altercation with Prisoner Lateroude, who is serving
sentence. Lateroude was accused by Fueston of divulging measures taken by
certain prisoners to make their escape by sawing through the bars guarding the
windows of the prison room.
The scrap was broken up by the guard, and upon investigation, Fueston was found to be the aggressor and he is now in solitary confinement on a bread and water diet.
