COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
Campbell County Circuit Court, Oct Term 1836
Mary McGlasson, Complainant vs. John Arnold, Moses Arnold and Elisha Arnold, Defendants
This day came the complainant by her counsel and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that the defendant John Arnold, is not an inhabitant of this commonwealth and not having entered his appearance herein agreeably to law and the rules of this court. It is ordered that unless the said defendant appear here on or before the first day of the next term, and answer the complainant's bill, the same shall be taken against him for confessed.
And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published in some duly authorized newspaper printed in this State for two months successively and the cause continued until the next Term.

Jonathan Carmack, Complainant vs. Henry Fagan and Mary, Henry and Samuel Fagan, Heirs of Jas Fagan, deceased defendants
This day came the complainant and filed his bill and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that the defendants, the Heirs of Samuel Fagan, deceased, are not inhabitants of this commonwealth and not having entered their appearance herein agreeably to law and the rules of this court.
It is ordered that unless said defendants appear here on or before the first day of the next term and answer the complainant's bill, the same shall be taken against them for confessed; And it is further ordered that a copy of this order be published in some duly authorized newspaper printed in this State, for two months successively and the cause continued until the next Term.

This day came the complainants by counsel and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, that the defendants, Thomas Fleming and Dinah, his wife, Robert Kennedy, Mary Jane Hays, Samuel Hays and Nancy Hays, (the last three names being minors and heirs of Wm Hays deceased) are not inhabitants of this Commonwealth, and not having entered their appearance herein agreeably to law and the rules of this court.
