Private Cornelius Hughes, Company L, of the Third, who objected
to trial by summary court and was tried by garrison court, of which Capt. Dwyer
is President and Lieut. Orchard Judge Advocate, was sentenced to forfeit $30 of
his pay and be confined at hard labor for three months.
