Judge Dempsey Friday handed down in Hamilton County, issued a warning to lawyers not to run into a multiplicity of words in filing suits. He granted in full the motion of Attorney Charles H Stevens to strike out many portions of the petition filed by Col. D S Hounshell in the suit of William P Rabenstien against the Chicago Cottage Organ Company and its Board of Directors for a dissolution of corporation and for damages.

DAYTON KY
Colonel D S Hounshell, the well known attorney, died yesterday at
the home of his son-in-law, Edward Tieman, at Sixth and Berry avenues, Dayton of
Brights disease.
The deceased was a Lieutenant Colonel in a Confederate Virginia Regiment during the Civil War. His wife and daughter, who were visiting in Chicago were summoned home by a telegram Wednesday.
