A statutory offense against William Roquet, 47, farmer, of Three Mile Creek rd. growing out of his alleged attack made on Louis Norton, 5, daughter of Charles Norton, was dismissed Wednesday. Dr. J L Pythian and Dr. Clarence J Williamson, staff physicians at Speers Hospital, testified they made a thorough examination of the child and found no evidence to show the child had been molested.

Stolen autos were right in Patrolman Kenneth Collins' line Wednesday when he recovered two vehicles in Newport. The first one belonged to Dr. Clarence J Williamson, physician at Speers Hospital and was recovered at Second and Saratoga Streets. The auto had been stolen Tuesday from in front of 718 Columbia st. Newport.

Dr. Clarence John Williamson, 40, house physician of
Speers Hospital, Dayton, died Monday at the hospital of pneumonia. Dr.
Williamson was a graduate of Notre Dame College, South Bend, Ind. And of the
Medical College of the University of Cincinnati. He had been an intern at the
hospital for four years.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Catherine Dailey of
Massillon O. The body will lie in state all day Tuesday at Vonderhaar and
Stetter Funeral home, Third and Overton streets, Newport. Funeral will be held
Wednesday morning and the burial will take place at Massillon. (Son of Frank B
