Services for Clarence Raymond Pickett, veteran of World War I, will be held at the A C Dobbling and Sons funeral home, Ft Thomas at 10:30 am Friday. Burial will be in Clifty, Ind. Mr. Pickett died Tuesday night at his home, 90 Home street, South Newport, following a long illness. He was a resident of Newport for 35 years and was a member of Robert Johnson Post, American Legion, Ft Thomas.
He leaves his widow; Lucille Pickett; a daughter, Miss Nancy Claire Picket; a brother Charles, Chicago; and a sister, Mrs. Hazel Moore, Cincinnati. Member of the American Legion Post will meet at the funeral home for services at 8 pm Thursday.
