NEWPORT BRIEFS
Christian P Habicht, 26, died yesterday at his home, 116 East
Fifth street, after a short illness. Brights disease was the cause of
death. The father of the deceased died about a month ago.

NEWPORT FUNERAL
The funeral of Christian Habicht, of Fifth Street, will take place Monday afternoon from Salem M E Church. John Habicht, brother of the deceased arrived from Canton to attend the funeral.
John Habicht, a pioneer resident of this city arrived n the city Tuesday, called here from Canton O. by the illness of his brother.
