William D Anderson, Campbell county civilian defense counsel coordinator will explain the new methods in combating incendiary bombs at a meeting of the Alexandria civilian defense unit at 8 pm Monday at the Alexandria Courthouse. Officers and members of the Alexandria unit are: Chester R Schaber.

Gunner's Mate Chester R Schaber, third class petty officer, 18 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Schaber, Alexandria Ky. recently visited his parents on a 10 day furlough. Schaber, who graduated from Campbell County High School last year, where he starred in basketball, is stationed an Washington DC.
He entered the Navy last September and received his basic training at Great Lakes Ill.
