NEWPORT NEWS
The American Protestant Association of Newport turned out yesterday to aid in the funeral rites of a deceased brother-Chas Livingston, who departed this life on Sunday last, of typhoid fever.
The funeral ceremonies were performed in the Second Presbyterian Church, on Madison street, after which the remains of the deceased were followed to the Newport Cemetery.
Mr. Livingston was a young man of most exemplary habits and was much admired by his friends and acquaintances.
