FUNERAL SERVICES


Funeral services for Charles W Yungblut, former Campbell County Circuit Judge, will be held at his home, 809 Terrance Avenue, Dayton at 3 pm Tuesday Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Yungblut, who also served as Campbell County attorney and city attorney of Dayton, died yesterday at his home of a heart attack suffered while he was celebrating his 68th birthday.

Mr. Yungblut was first installed as circuit judge in 1907 when he was appointed by the governor to fill the unexpired term of the late Judge Albert Berry. He was elected for a six year term, after which he left public life to enter private practice with offices in the American National Bank Building, Newport. Active in fraternal and legal circles, he was a member of the Masons, Elks and the Campbell County Bar Association.

Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Mamie Yungblut: three daughters, Mrs. Gordon Arey, Cincinnati; Mrs Mary Land, Chicago and Mrs. John Williamson, Little Rock, Ark. and three sons, Gibson of Cincinnati, and Charles Jr. and John, students at Harvard University.
