John Reno, brother of fire warden Lewis Reno of Second Avenue, Dayton, fell from a second story porch, Wednesday afternoon and sustained two severe scalp wounds and a number of bruises. Dr. Struble rendered the necessary aid.

Mrs. Struble, wife of Dr. C H Struble, of Dayton, several days ago met with an accident, which may result in her losing the sight of one of her eyes. She was in the act of stooping when her eye struck the sharp point of a chair, painfully injuring the member. Dr. Reilly a specialist of Covington, was called into the case yesterday and found the injury to be a most serious one.

Mrs. Struble is required to remain constantly in a darkened room in order that her eye may be saved.

Federal Court convened in Covington at 10:30 am Thursday with Judge A M J Cochran presiding in the case of Joseph E Farrell and others against Dr. C E Struble of Dayton Ky. Farrell alleges his son was injured in May 1915 and Dr. Struble bandaged his hand in such a manner as to case the loss of the hand. Farrell testified his son was confine in the Cincinnati General Hospital from May 20 to Aug 4, 1915.
