Pvt. Charles W Ruschman, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Ruschman of Cold Spring Ky. is to be commended for exceptionally efficient performance of his military duties. His duties in general instruction work with the Army engineers is outstanding and has been accomplished under most difficult conditions. Pvt. Ruschman is now stationed somewhere in the Atlantic area.
