FATHER OF NEWPORT PHYSICIAN TAKEN
Services for Charles A. Poweleit, father of Dr. Alvin Poweleit, Newport physician, who died at his home, Detrick road, Cold Spring, yesterday, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Erschell funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Poweleit, who was 52 years old, was a house painter. He had been ill for nearly two months.
Besides his son, Alvin, he leaves two other
sons, Arthur, of Newport; and Richard Poweleit, of Ft. Thomas; three daughters,
Mrs. Ethel Thedick, Newport; Mrs. Bertina Holzshoe, Cincinnati; and Miss Edith
Poweleit, Ft. Thomas.
