FT THOMAS-General Charles W Miner, retired, USA, formerly Colonel of the
Sixth Infantry and stationed at Ft Thomas for several years, will meet many old
friends of his this evening, when as Inspector General of the Ohio National
Guard, he inspects the Cincinnati companies of the First Ohio.
