Captain Charles Miller has returned from the camp on the Licking River and will leave Wednesday for his tour of inspection of military colleges in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Capt. Charles Miller, commanding Company I, has selected Corp. Young of that company, as company clerk to assist First Sergeant Johnson in the clerical work of the company office. Sergeant Johnson and Corporal Young served as noncommissioned officers in the Sixth Infantry in the Philippines.
