Charles Meyer, father of Postmaster John Meyer, died yesterday at
the home of his daughter at Johns Hill. Meyer was in his eighty-first year and
had been a resident of the county for 50 years.
He is survived by five children. Up to within a year Meyer had been able to perform work on his farm at Johns Hill.
