Mr. and Mrs. Frank Haas, 49 Grandview avenue, Ft Thomas, have three sons in the service. Two are in Hawaii and the third is at Ft Monmouth NJ, receiving additional training. Sergt. Charles Haas, 30, entered the service in February 1941 and received his basic training at Camp Shelby, Miss. He was transferred to Hawaii in January of this year.

Prior to entering the service he was employed at the Union Terminal, Cincinnati. He is now in the medical corps. Sergt. Haas was married shortly after entering the service. His wife is now living with her parents in Cincinnati. Soon after arriving in Hawaii he was fortunate in locating his brother, Pfc. Joseph Haas, 36, who is in the anti-aircraft division of the Army. He entered the Army in April 1942 and received his basic training at Ft Eustis, Va. He went overseas in June 1942. Prior to entering the service he was employed at the Wadsworth Watch Case Co. Dayton.

Pfc. Robert Haas is still in this country at Ft Monmouth with the Signal Corps. He entered the service in August 1942.
