Body of Charles Leslie Graham, 28, World War veteran, formerly of Dayton, who died Feb 20 at El Paso, Tex. arrived late Tuesday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H H Graham, 724 Sixth av. Dayton. Death was said to have been due to an illness contracted in the war. He returned to Dayton, but due to his health went to Texas.

He was a former member of the Dayton City Countil and one of the organizers of the first American Legion Post in Dayton. The body will lie in state at the home of his parents until Thursday at 10 am when the body will be moved to the Thorp, Stith & Beck Funeral Home, Dayton, where Henry Barnes Lodge 607 F&AM of which Graham was a member will hold services at 2 pm.

Members of the Edward W Boers Post, American Legion, of Dayton will meet Wednesday at 7:30 pm at Eagles Hall, Dayton and to in a body to the Graham home and pay their respects. Final rites will he held Thursday at 2 pm from the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
