An order was issued Tuesday directing Acting Hospital Steward Charles Eble and Private Homer Stout, of the Hospital Corps, to conduct Private Henry Karsh, Company A, Third Infantry to Washington DC where he will be placed in the Government Hospital for the Insane.

Karsh attempted suicide last fall by cutting his throat with a razor. He has been under guard at the post hospital since that time and has been so violent that the authorities would not attempt his removal.

Sergeant First Class Hospital Corps Charles F Eble, now at Ft Thomas, who is ordered to Alaska with the Third, will proceed to Ft St. Michetel Alaska, to relieve Sergeant James R Filgate, Hospital Corps.
