Satisfactory evidence having (been) produced to this Court that the following named persons, John C Collins, James R Collins, Robt. L Collins, Mary Foster, Sarah Davis, Eliza Theloid? and Martha Brooks are the only legal heirs living of Charles H Collins, deceased, late of Newport, Campbell County Kentucky, who died in Missoula County, Montana.
