Ordered that Thomas Logan be appointed Surveyor
of the Road commencing at the Methodist Church on the Washington Trace Road,
thence down said Road to where it intersects Gray's Road at Carroll Forman's
and that all the hand that were formerly allotted to Charles Dicken, former
Surveyor, including Alfred Dial, John Dial, Joseph Hume, Jacob Philips,
Chas Clinkenbeard & Elisha Irwin.

On Motion of Charles Dicken, it is ordered that
Thomas Logan, Adam Miller, Jacob Carnes and
Charles Clinkenbeard or any three of them being first duly sworn be
appointed viewers to view and mark out a way for a road from A Miller's line
in the road from Alexandria to Washington trace to intersect a road from
Pendleton County in said Dickens land and report to court the conveniences and
inconveniences arising as well to the publick as to individuals.
