NORTHERN KENTUCKY DEATHS
Services for Charles L. Bendel, former Newport resident, will be held at the Erschell Funeral Home, Newport at 2 p.m. Saturday. Cremation will follow at the Cincinnati Crematory. He was 61. Mr. Bendel, who moved from Newport a year ago, died early Thursday at his home, 7216 Lafayette avenue, Deer Park, O., following a long illness.
Night foreman for the Greaves Machine Tool Co., Cincinnati, he was a member of Twin City Council, Junior Order, Noash Dove Lodge, I.O.O.F., and American Council, D. of A. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Louise Bendel; one son, Earl R. Bendel, Deer Park, and one granddaughter.
