HAVE GONE EAST-Captain Tyler, of the rebel army, who was captured on Third street, several weeks ago and sent to Newport Barracks, was yesterday sent East in charge of Lieutenants Oglestin and Oglesby.
His destination is probably Fort Lafayette.
